Davosa is a Swiss watch brand with a long family tradition. In 1861 Abel Frédéric Hasler began making silver watch cases by hand in small series; in 1946 Hasler Frères started producing its own movements, quartz watches followed in 1975, and since 1987 the brand has been called DAVOSA. Pianos II is a men's quartz watch from the Executive range – a classic dress watch that takes the earlier Pianos model a step further.
The case edge and crown are much slimmer than on its predecessor, which gives the watch an even more elegant look and makes it a natural partner for a shirt and jacket. The dials are clearly laid out, with a choice of Arabic or Roman numerals for a more modern or a more traditional look, and some versions feature a guilloché centre that adds fine texture to the dial. Pianos II is aimed at men who want an elegant Swiss quartz watch for business and formal occasions and who value a calm, easy-to-read dial.
