Packaging, tracking and delivery times
Packaging. Every watch is shipped in its original manufacturer box and papers, placed in a rigid outer transport box with environmentally friendly protective filling. The parcel is sealed and labelled without any reference to the contents.
Tracking. Once the parcel is dispatched you receive an e-mail with the carrier's tracking number and a direct link. You can also check the status any time under Track your order. DHL and UPS scan the parcel at every hub; the Standard Post Service usually updates at dispatch, export, import and delivery.
Delivery times. The times in the table are working days from dispatch, as published by the carriers. Weekends, public and bank holidays in Slovakia or in the UK, and customs processing are not included – in peak seasons (December) allow 1–3 extra days.
Customs, VAT and import charges
0 % EU VAT. Since Brexit the United Kingdom is outside the European Union, so EU VAT is deducted automatically at checkout – you see and pay the tax-free price. Full details are on our Tax Free Shopping page.
UK import charges. On arrival your parcel is subject to UK import VAT (20 %) and possibly customs duty, assessed by HM Revenue & Customs and collected by the courier together with a courier handling fee. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. We include the commercial invoice and export declaration with every parcel so clearance is fast.

Yes – on orders over £860*, UPS, DHL Express, DHL Economy Select and the Standard Post Service are all free to the United Kingdom. Below £860*, UPS costs £10.50*, DHL Express £25*, DHL Economy Select £13* and Standard Post £4.50*.
How long does delivery take?
DHL Express: 1–3 working days. UPS: 3–7 working days. DHL Economy Select: 4–5 working days. Standard Post Service: 5–12 working days. Times count from the dispatch e-mail, not from the order date, and exclude customs processing.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our headquarters and showroom in Bratislava, Slovakia – inside the European Union.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch you receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Allow 1–2 hours for the first scan to appear. You can also use the Track your order page on our website.
Will I have to pay customs duties or VAT in the UK?
You pay 0 % EU VAT. Because the UK left the EU, HMRC charges UK import VAT (20 %) and possibly customs duty on arrival; the courier collects these, plus a small handling fee, before delivery. They are not included in our prices. See our Tax Free Shopping page for details.
What if the parcel is damaged or lost?
Every shipment is tracked and we follow up with the carrier immediately. Please do not accept a visibly damaged parcel without noting it with the courier, and contact us the same day – we will resolve it with the carrier on your behalf.
