Since Brexit, UK orders leave the EU as an export, so EU VAT is removed automatically at checkout. We ship with DHL Express, UPS or a premium postal service, and every parcel is fully insured and tracked to your door.

Pros: As a registered EU retailer with a real Bratislava showroom, we buy strictly through official channels. Every watch arrives with its original papers and a valid manufacturer’s guarantee that authorised service centres accept, including those in the UK.

Cons: We cannot match the rock-bottom prices of unauthorised marketplace sellers. Factory-backed timepieces simply cost more than risky grey-market stock.

Pros: Our team knows the catalogue inside out. Ask about Vostok Europe lug-to-lug measurements or Seiko servicing intervals and you get a straight, personalised answer from someone who wears these watches – never a copy-and-paste reply.

Cons: We work Central European Time, one hour ahead of the UK, so a message sent late in your afternoon is usually answered the next working morning.

Pros: Because the UK is outside the EU, EU VAT is deducted automatically at checkout, and larger orders qualify for free, fully tracked delivery with DHL Express or UPS – the details are on our Tax-Free Shopping page.

Cons: Import VAT and any customs duty due when the parcel enters the UK are not included in our price. The courier collects them from you on arrival under HMRC rules, and clearance can add a day.

Yes. WatchExclusive is operated by I&M Montres s. r. o., a company registered in Slovakia with VAT number SK2023803793 and a showroom at Karpatská 18, 811 05 Bratislava. We have been selling watches since 2007.

Are the watches original and covered by a guarantee?

Every watch is new, original and supplied through official distributors. It arrives with the brand box, the manufacturer’s guarantee card and full documentation, so it can be serviced by authorised service centres, including those in the UK.

Where are you based and where do you ship from?

Bratislava, Slovakia – inside the European Union. Every order is dispatched from our showroom and head office there with DHL Express, UPS or a postal service.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Do you deliver to the United Kingdom?

Yes, to any UK address. Since Brexit a UK order counts as an export from the EU, so EU VAT is deducted automatically at checkout and larger orders ship free with UPS or DHL Express. Can I return a watch if it is not right for me?

Yes. Our returns policy runs for 30 days from delivery for unworn watches in their original packaging with proof of purchase. The conditions are set out on the Refunds & Returns page.
