Pros: Lower prices – USPS $23* (free from $1,160*), Canada Post from $11.50*, Australia Post from $11.50*. Fine for straps and lower-value watches.
Cons: Longest transit times (up to 12 working days to the USA, 15 to Australia and 20 to Canada) and less frequent tracking scans; the cheapest Australia Post service has no tracking. We recommend a courier for any watch over a few hundred euros.

Packaging, tracking and delivery times
Packaging. Every watch is shipped in its original manufacturer box and papers, placed in a rigid outer transport box with environmentally friendly protective filling. The parcel is sealed and labelled without any reference to the contents.
Tracking. Once the parcel is dispatched you receive an e-mail with the carrier's tracking number and a direct link. You can also check the status any time under Track your order. DHL Express and UPS scan the parcel at every hub; USPS usually updates at dispatch, export, import and delivery.
Delivery times. The times in the table are working days from dispatch, as published by the carriers. Weekends, public holidays in Slovakia or in the USA, and customs processing are not included – in peak seasons (December, and January for Australia) allow 1–3 extra days.
Customs, VAT and import charges
0 % EU VAT. Because the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are outside the European Union, VAT is deducted automatically at checkout – you see and pay the tax-free price. Full details are on our Tax Free Shopping page.
Import charges in your country. Your parcel may be subject to import duty, GST or fees on arrival – for example US customs duty, Canadian GST/HST and duty, or Australian GST (10 %) and possible duty. These are set by your customs authority, collected by the courier and are the responsibility of the recipient. We include the commercial invoice and export declaration with every parcel so clearance is fast.

Yes – on orders over $1,160*, UPS and DHL Express are free to the USA, Canada and Australia (USPS to the USA as well). Below $1,160*, UPS costs $17.50* (USA), $22* (Canada) or $29* (Australia); DHL Express $40.50* (USA, Canada), $52* (Australia) or $56.50* (New Zealand).
How long does delivery take?
DHL Express: 1–3 working days. UPS: 3–7 working days. USPS: 6–12 working days. Australia Post: 10–15 working days. Times count from the dispatch e-mail, not from the order date, and exclude customs processing.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our headquarters and showroom in Bratislava, Slovakia – inside the European Union.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch you receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Allow 1–2 hours for the first scan to appear. You can also use the Track your order page on our website.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
You pay 0 % EU VAT. Import duty, GST or fees may apply according to the rules of your country (USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand); they are calculated by customs, collected by the courier on arrival and are not included in our prices. See our Tax Free Shopping page for details.
What if the parcel is damaged or lost?
Every shipment is tracked and we follow up with the carrier immediately. Please do not accept a visibly damaged parcel without noting it with the courier, and contact us the same day – we will resolve it with the carrier on your behalf.
