DAVOSA is an independent Swiss family business: the Hasler family has made watch parts since 1861, and the DAVOSA name has existed since 1987. The Davosa Argonautic takes its name from Greek mythology – the Argonauts sailed with the hero Jason on the fast ship Argo in search of the Golden Fleece – and the series stands for reliability, precision and resilience. All models are Swiss automatic diver's watches with a sporty, masculine design.

The Argonautic 43 runs on the Swiss DAV 3021 automatic in a screwed stainless steel case, with an anti-glare sapphire crystal, a 15-minute scale on the bezel for an emergency ascent and a bracelet with a diver's extension that fits over a wetsuit; the Argonautic 39 offers the same in 39.5 mm. The Argonautic Lumis glows constantly thanks to tritium gas tubes, the Celeos has a blue aventurine dial and 30 ATM water resistance, the Meteorite a dial of genuine meteorite and the World Traveller a GMT function.
